GovTech

Technology for the Public Sector

Tools that make working with the government simpler for citizens, contractors and public entities

Technology for the Public Good

We build technology that removes paperwork and friction between people and the State. Our GovTech work focuses on transparency, accessibility and reusable solutions that create lasting public value.

Transparency

We work with official, verifiable sources so citizens and entities can trust the information they rely on.

Citizen-Centered

We design from the experience of the people who deal with the State every day, not from internal processes.

Accessible

Government technology should be accessible to everyone. We prioritize inclusive design and multilingual support.

Reusable

Our solutions are designed to be adapted and reused by other governments and organizations worldwide.

What We Have Built

Tuki

Everything the entity asks you for, in one place

Tuki helps independent service contractors in Colombia handle everything a public entity requires: it downloads official certificates using their ID number, calculates how much they keep from their fees, and keeps their documents ready before they are asked for.

Official certificates (Procuraduría, Contraloría, Policía, SIMIT and more)
Net fee calculator: social security, withholding, VAT and ReteICA
Document vault with expiration alerts
Document package ready for the entity in a ZIP
Full year view across all contracts and amendments
Ask Tuki from Claude
For public entities

Contracting liaisons upload their candidate list from Excel, request certificates in bulk and download them in one ZIP, with one folder per ID.

Community verification before reaching the authorities
Rewards, levels and redemption at local businesses
Reporter identity protected, with anti-abuse limits
SDKs to embed reporting in other apps
Active in 10 Colombian cities
For traffic authorities

The Authority Portal provides dashboards, analytics, staff role management and API access to review reports and take action. Available managed by Multando or self-hosted.
